Design Concept

Born in California, a place with ample sunlight, naturally, David Galchutt has created many works with the sun in several versions, such as the winter sun, the butterfly sun and the tribal sun. Concentrated on fine art for more than 30 years, David’s paintings are very unique and representative, whose style is quite quirky, whimsical, stylized and colorful.

In the Autumn Sun, a pattern of the human-faced sun is embedded in a sunflower, surrounded with numerous swaying and long leaves that look like orange ribbons. With a brown maple leaf on the forehead and orange color, the artwork brims over with an autumn atmosphere.?
